Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering & Payments:
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure checkout. All transactions are processed safely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, usually within 1-2 business days. If you need to make a change please contact us at budbudscollectibles@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
Shipping:
What are your shipping rates? We offer tiered flat rate shipping on all Canadian orders:
Orders under $75 → $15 shipping
Orders $75–$175 → $10 shipping
Orders over $175 → Free shipping
Do you ship outside of Canada? We currently ship within Canada only. Stay tuned as we hope to expand in the future!
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times once shipped:
Local & Atlantic Canada → 2-5 business days
Central Canada (ON, QC) → 3-7 business days
Western Canada → 5-10 business days
Northern Territories → 7-14 business days
Do you provide tracking on orders? Yes — all orders ship with tracking via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Single Cards & eBay:
Why is shipping cheaper for single cards on eBay? On eBay we have the flexibility to ship individual cards via bubble mailer at a lower rate. We list single cards on our Shopify store too because when added to an existing order they never increase your shipping rate — and may even bump you into a lower tier and save you money!
Do you sell on eBay? Yes! You can find us at ebay.ca/usr/bud_buds_collectibles. eBay is a great option if you're buying individual cards and want the most affordable shipping.
Products & Condition:
How do you grade card conditions? We describe all raw cards as accurately as possible using standard hobby grading language — Poor, Good, Very Good, Excellent, Near Mint, and Mint. However we provide clear item images so that you can judge condition for yourself. Graded cards will clearly indicate the grading company (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.) and grade.
Do you sell graded cards? Yes — we carry both raw and graded cards. Graded cards will always show the slab company and grade clearly in the listing title and description.

Do you run auctions? Yes — BudBud's hosts quarterly auctions featuring some really special pieces. Follow us on social media and join our mailing list to be notified when the next auction is coming up!
Returns & Issues:
What is your return policy? Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing please contact us within 48 hours at budbudscollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
