Shipping Policy

At BudBud's Collectibles we take great care in packing and shipping every order. We know how much your collectibles mean to you and we treat every package like it's our own.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We are a proud Newfoundland-based business and ship to all provinces and territories from coast to coast.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Local & Atlantic Canada → 2-5 business days
  • Central Canada (ON, QC) → 3-7 business days
  • Western Canada → 5-10 business days
  • Northern Territories → 7-14 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur especially during peak holiday periods.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple tiered shipping on all Canadian orders:

  • Orders under $75 → $15 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $75-$175 → $10 flat rate shipping
  • Orders over $175 → Free standard shipping

A note on single cards: Single cards under $75 total ship cheaper on our eBay store via bubble mailer. We list them here too because when added to an existing order they never increase your shipping rate — and may even bump you into a lower shipping tier!

Packaging

We pack all cards and collectibles with care using appropriate protective materials including toploaders, team bags, bubble wrap, and rigid mailers where needed. Your items will arrive safely — that's our commitment to you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at budbudscollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll work with Canada Post or the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
