Returns & Refunds
We want every BudBud's order to put a smile on your face. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, just reach out to us at budbudscollectibles@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it. If your return is accepted we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first as we won't be able to accept it.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — contact us right away and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. That's a promise.
Graded Cards & Sealed Products
Please note that all graded cards and sealed products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Graded cards are sold in the condition described in the listing and the grade assigned by the grading company is final. Sealed products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or tampered with. If your order arrives damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at budbudscollectibles@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will work with you to make it right.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item and once the return is accepted place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll let you know right away whether your refund has been approved. If approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process and post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet — drop us a line at budbudscollectibles@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
